Ingredients

smoked salmon - 2 tsp
vegetable oil - 2 handfuls
radicchio, shredded lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation method

Heat a grill pan over a high heat.

Brush the smoked salmon with the oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred.

Serve on top of the radicchio with lemon wedges.
