Griddled smoked salmon on radicchio


  • 1 piece smoked salmon
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 handfuls radicchio, shredded
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Preparation method

  1. Heat a grill pan over a high heat.

  2. Brush the smoked salmon with the oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred.

  3. Serve on top of the radicchio with lemon wedges.
