- calvados 50ml/2fl oz
- ginger cordial 20ml/4 tsp
- spiced apple syrup 20ml/4 tsp
- ginger ale, to top
- handful ice
- apple slice, to serve

Fill a tall glass with ice and add all ingredients, stir and serve.
