Ingredients

For the blondies

  • 200g/7oz salted butter
  • ¼ tsp Cornish sea salt, crushed
  • 160g/5¾oz unrefined golden caster sugar
  • 320g/11½oz white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 280g/10oz plain flour
  • 65g/2¼oz pecans, finely chopped

For the barbecue pecans

  • 100g/3½oz pecans, roughly chopped
  • 150g/5½oz caster sugar
  • ½ tsp sea salt, crushed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

For the coating

  • 500g/1lb 2oz white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 100g/3½oz milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 100g/3½oz dark chocolate, broken into pieces
