Ingredients
- 60ml/4 tbsp raspberry gin (such as Three Wrens)
- 25ml/5 tsp lemon juice
- 20ml/4 tsp raspberry sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- fresh raspberry berry on cocktail stick to garnish
Method

Pour the raspberry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a tumbler and shake. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.

Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.

Garnish with fresh raspberries skewered onto a cocktail stick.
