Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gin (such as aquavit)
- 1 tbsp dry vermouth
- ice
To Garnish
- sprig dill
- lemon peel
Method

Place the gin and dry vermouth in a mixing glass. Add a handful of ice, stir the drink until cold.

Strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with fresh dill and a twist of lemon.
