Ingredients

  • Rosé: 750ml bottle
  • Vodka: 50ml/2fl oz
  • Cranberry juice: 250ml/9fl oz
  • Lime juice: ½ lime, juice only
  • Lime cordial: dash
  • Ice: to serve
  • Ginger ale: chilled, to serve
  • Fresh mint: to serve

Method

  1. Prepare the drink:
    • Pour the rosé, vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and lime cordial into a jug. Mix well.
    • Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Serve:
    • When ready to serve, fill tall glasses with a handful of ice.
    • Pour the chilled rosé mixture into the glasses until they are half full.
    • Top off with ginger ale.
    • Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges. Squeeze the lime wedge before dropping it into the glass.
