Ingredients

  • 225g/8oz shrimp, peeled, cooked and chopped
  • 115g/4oz mayonnaise
  • 125g/4½oz soured cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs to garnish (optional)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 slices rye bread (Niklas’s rye bread recipe)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
