Cynthia is a British-Sri Lankan cook who grew up in Coventry, visiting Sri Lanka every childhood holiday and eating dishes adapted by her mother and grandmother at home. She has been running pop-ups and street food stalls since 2014 and published her highly acclaimed Rambutan: Recipes from Sri Lanka just last year.

Bryn Williams

Hailing from Denbigh in North Wales, Bryn learnt to appreciate food and its origins from an early age. He has worked under Marco Pierre White at The Criterion, Michel Roux at Le Gavroche for three years. Bryn is the Chef Patron of Odette’s and in 2020 opened his third restaurant at ‘The Cambrian’ hotel in the stunning Swiss Alps.
