Ingredients

  • Dry white wine: 750ml bottle
  • Triple sec: 175ml/6fl oz
  • Sugar syrup (optional): 15ml/1 tbsp
  • Orange: ½, sliced
  • Fresh raspberries: 5–6
  • Cucumber peel: 2 strips
  • Soda water: 250ml/9fl oz
  • Ice: to serve
  • Edible flowers: handful, to decorate

Method

  1. Combine ingredients:
    • In a large serving jug or punch bowl, add the white wine, triple sec, sugar syrup (if using), orange slices, raspberries, and cucumber peel. Mix well.
    • Chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve:
    • When ready to serve, add plenty of ice.
    • Top up with soda water and garnish with edible flowers.
    • Serve in small tumblers or wine glasses.
