Ingredients
- Dry white wine: 750ml bottle
- Triple sec: 175ml/6fl oz
- Sugar syrup (optional): 15ml/1 tbsp
- Orange: ½, sliced
- Fresh raspberries: 5–6
- Cucumber peel: 2 strips
- Soda water: 250ml/9fl oz
- Ice: to serve
- Edible flowers: handful, to decorate
Method
- Combine ingredients:
- In a large serving jug or punch bowl, add the white wine, triple sec, sugar syrup (if using), orange slices, raspberries, and cucumber peel. Mix well.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve:
- When ready to serve, add plenty of ice.
- Top up with soda water and garnish with edible flowers.
- Serve in small tumblers or wine glasses.
