Ingredients

  • 2 parts wine
  • 1 part soda
  • handful ice
  • lemon peel or mint, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Put the ice in the glass, pour in chilled wine and top up with soda water. Garnish if feeling like it – twist of lemon peel, sprig of mint
