Ingredients
- 50ml/2fl oz Gin
- 15ml/1 tbsp thyme sugar syrup
- 250ml/9fl oz grapefruit radler
- Slice of pink grapefruit, to serve
- Thyme sprig, to serve
Method
- Over ice in a spritz glass pour in the gin and thyme sugar syrup then top with grapefruit radler. Stir and garnish with slice of grapefruit and sprig of thyme.
