From a small shop in Notting Hill in 2002 to co-owning seven delis and restaurants in London Yotam now spends much of his time with his Test Kitchen team, writing, creating, and testing recipes for his books and columns in the Guardian and the New York Times.
Noor is a Bahraini-British chef born and raised in the Middle East to a Bahraini dad and English mum, meaning she loves tahini and Victoria sponge in equal measure. She is the head of the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen and co-author of Shelf Love and Extra Good Things
Prue is a restaurateur, cookery writer and television presenter and was born in South Africa. She said she was inspired to cook by a woman she worked for as an au pair in France. As a budding chef then decided to learn to cook at the Cordon Bleu in London
