Ottolenghi is renowned for his innovative Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine and has written numerous acclaimed cookbooks, including “Jerusalem” and “Plenty”

 

Theo Randall is a renowned British chef known for his expertise in Italian cuisine. He began his career at London’s Chez Max and spent 17 years at The River Café, where he earned a Michelin star. In 2006, he opened Theo Randall at the InterContinental in London, emphasizing rustic, produce-driven Italian dishes

Nisha Katona, MBE (born October 23, 1971), is a British restaurateur, TV personality, and former child protection barrister. She founded Mowgli Street Food and the Mowgli Trust charity, authored several cookbooks, and serves as Chancellor of Liverpool John Moores University

Known as ‘Cocktail Carmen’, she’s a BBC Saturday Kitchen regular and spirits expert. O’Neal champions sustainability and female-led businesses in the industry. She started her first venture at age 5 and opened 58 and CO in 2019 after perfecting her gin recipe
